Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key vendors.
• Research potential vendors, negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure optimal value.
• Manage vendor contracts, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships (financial, operational, reputational).
• Mediate and resolve conflicts or disputes between vendors and internal teams.
• Generate reports and provide insights to senior management on vendor performance and spending.
