Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
• Hands-on experience with US IT recruitment and US staffing processes.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and communication abilities.
• Experience with diverse work authorization types (H1B, GC, OPT) and US visa knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for IT/Technical profiles.
• Handle full recruitment cycle from sourcing to submission and interview coordination.
• Use job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels to identify qualified candidates.
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring teams throughout the process.

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in US IT recruitment and a good understanding of the US staffing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various IT/Technical profiles.
• Handle the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to candidate submission and interview coordination.
• Use job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates.
• Work with different employment models including W2, C2C, and 1099.
• Should have knowledge of US Visa types, including H1B, Green Card (GC), and OPT.
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely submissions.

Required Skills

• 1–4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
• Experience hiring for various IT/Technical profiles.
• Good knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099.
• Understanding of H1B, GC, OPT, and other US work authorization categories.
• Strong sourcing, screening, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
