TaSa IT Services is hiring a US IT Recruiter to source, screen, and recruit IT talent for US-based clients. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build a robust candidate pipeline, and coordinate interviews across stages, including screening for technical fit and client requirements.

This role offers exposure to global clients and a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are recent graduates through 2026, with BE/BTech/MCA/MBA/MSc CS/IT, basic IT knowledge, and willingness to work

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Maintain recruitment reports and ensure timely closures.
• Collaborate with the internal team to achieve hiring targets.
