Responsibilities

• Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, technical alignment, and cultural fit.
• Schedule interviews and manage end-to-end coordination between candidates and clients.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate records within the database.
• Develop an understanding of US recruitment regulations, visa types, and market trends.

• Experience Required: 0 - 1 Year (Freshers welcome)
• Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560066
• Work Mode: Work from Office (No cab facility provided)
• Shift Timing: Night Shift | Monday to Friday (7:00 PM to 4:30 AM IST)
• Notice Period: Immediate Joiners (Joining timeline within 1 week)

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹2,53,200 Per Annum
• Retention Bonus: ₹1,00,000 Yearly Bonus (payable upon completion of 21 months)
