Job summary

ANS RPO Solutions in New Delhi is seeking a US Staffing Recruiter to join our on-site team at Nehru Place. The role covers IT, non-IT, healthcare, and pharma staffing for US clients, with a night shift aligned to US business hours.

You will source, screen, and place candidates, manage end-to-end recruitment in an ATS, negotiate offers, and build a strong candidate pipeline while meeting tight targets. Strong communication and understanding of W2, C2C, 1099 are essential, along with sourcing

Qualifications

• 1+ years in US staffing recruitment
• Experience in US IT/Non-IT, Healthcare, Pharma recruitment
• Strong understanding of the US staffing lifecycle
• Good knowledge of US geography, time zones, employment types, and work authorization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Sourcing, screening, negotiation, and candidate engagement skills
• Ability to work night shift aligned with US business hours
• Target-driven recruitment environment
• Experience with ATS/recruitment platforms is an advantage (CEIPAL, JobDiva, Bullhorn)

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end US recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
• Source qualified candidates through portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, work authorization, and client requirements.
• Work on US IT, Non-IT, Healthcare, and Pharma requirements.
• Understand US staffing concepts including W2, C2C, 1099.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in the ATS.
• Negotiate rates/salaries and manage the offer and joining process.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future needs.
• Follow up consistently with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Meet individual recruitment targets and turnaround-time expectations.
• Collaborate with account managers, recruiting teams, and clients to understand hiring requirements.
