Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced US Staffing Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Noida. This role focuses on US staffing, end-to-end recruitment, and exposure to IT, Engineering, Pharma/Life Sciences, and Semiconductor domains.

• 2–6 years of experience in US Staffing / US IT Recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of US recruitment processes and employment types.
• Hands‑on experience with Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Strong understanding of US time zones and recruitment practices.
• Experience working with ATS/VMS platforms.

• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screening, and assess candidates against job requirements.
• Work on W2, C2C, and other applicable US staffing requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines for niche and high-volume requirements.
• Conduct candidate pre-screening, qualification, and interview coordination.
• Understand technical job descriptions and identify relevant skills, experience, and domain expertise.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in ATS/CRM systems.
• Coordinate with Account Managers, Delivery Managers, and hiring stakeholders to understand requirements and priorities.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Negotiate compensation/rates where required and support candidates through the offer and onboarding process.
• Meet defined submission, interview, placement, and productivity targets.
• Ensure compliance with US staffing processes, documentation, and client-specific requirements.

US Tech Solutions is looking for an experienced and result-oriented US Staffing Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US staffing and end-to-end recruitment, with exposure to one or more of the following domains: IT, Engineering, Pharma/Life Sciences, and Semiconductor.

The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, qualifying, and presenting candidates for various US-based requirements while maintaining strong candidate and client relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with MSP/VMS clients.
• Exposure to enterprise clients and large-scale recruitment programs.
• Knowledge of US work authorization categories such as H-1B, Green Card, EAD, OPT/CPT, and US Citizen.
• Experience in RPO, MSP, or direct client hiring will be an added advantage.
