• Location: Baner, Pune
• Work Mode: Work From Office
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days)
• Shift: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST

We’re seeking a US Senior Recruiter - Voice Process with proven full-cycle recruiting experience in either an agency or corporate environment. The ideal candidate excels at identifying top talent, managing multiple requisitions, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-life cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for assigned job orders.
• Communicate confidently in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Engage and assess web applicants to determine their qualifications, interest, and availability.
• Proactively source top talent through platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and Bullhorn when applicant flow is limited.
• Adapt to varying requisition volumes based on client demand.
• Evaluate candidates’ skills, career goals, and technical expertise to ensure role alignment.
• Maintain accurate, real-time documentation in Kelly’s Bullhorn ATS throughout every stage of the recruitment process.
• Work within client VMS platforms to submit candidates, track interview progress, and monitor offers.

Qualifications

• 3 – 6 years of consistent and high-performing recruiting experience (agency or corporate).
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Experience with ATS and VMS systems, particularly Bullhorn, is an advantage.
• Ability to source proactively and manage a dynamic workload.
