Job Roles & Responsibilities:

In the role of Recruiting Coordinator, you will be focused on interview scheduling and helping to guide our candidates, hiring teams and recruiters through the interview journey. In this role you will:

• Manage calendar events, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on last-minute changes
• Drive an exceptional customer experience through ensuring high levels of attention to detail and delivering high standards of support for our hiring teams and new hires
• Work closely in a team environment with the ability to partner with diverse teams across multiple client locations.
• Liaise with key business partners within the organization to drive and maintain hiring processes while adhering to tight deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs)
• Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements
• Ensure the candidate experience represents the brand.
• Manage a variety of additional tasks which may include travel and expense support and other reporting as needed
• Foster alignment with peers to uphold global support standards.
