Job summary

Qualified Recruiter, LLC, headquartered in Atlanta, GA, is expanding its team in Pune for a permanent onsite Recruiter role focused on US Direct Clients. You will manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle and source candidates through portals, networks, and referrals.

You will learn technical requirements across roles, build relationships with consultants in the designated region, and aim for high submittal-to-interview and placement conversions in a fast-paced metrics-driven environment,

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with US/UK recruitment (minimum 6 months).
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.

• Willingness to work night shift.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US.
• Source candidates via job portals, professional networks, internal database, referrals.
• Learn technical requirements of various positions and submit suitable profiles promptly.
• Establish relationships with consultants/contractors in the specified region.
• Aim for a high submittals-to-interviews and placements conversion.

Employment Details:

• Job type: Permanent(Onsite)
• Location: Viman Nagar, Pune
• Shift Timing:
• Night Shift (6 pm 3 am IST) – ONSITE
• Monday – Friday (Saturday and Sunday are fixed off)

Job Description:

• Responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US.
• Utilize various talent acquisition strategies to source candidates through online channels (e.g. job portals, professional networks, etc), LinkedIn, internal database, and referrals
• Learn thetechnicalrequirements of various positions, do research as needed, and submit consultants' profiles that match these criteria in a timely manner.
• Establish relationships with consultants/contractors in a specified region.
• Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interviews and placement.
