• Prior experience drafting or issuing offer letters is mandatory
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Prepare and draft offer letters accurately based on provided inputs.
• Ensure all offer details (compensation, role, joining details) are error-free.
• Maintain formatting consistency across all offer documents.
