Job summary

CTC in Chennai is hiring for a US Sales / Telecalling Executive to join our US shift team. Location Navalur, Chennai; experience 1–5 years; focus on outbound calls, lead generation and client engagement.

You will generate qualified leads, schedule appointments, follow up via calls and emails, and maintain CRM records. Prior US sales or IT sales exposure is a plus; strong English communication and a proactive, target-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in US Sales, Telecalling, Cold Calling, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong phone presence and persuasive communication abilities.
