Job summary

Quest Global is seeking a seasoned US staffing professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based requirements in a fast-paced environment. You will source, screen, interview, and place users across multiple technologies, while maintaining strong candidate relationships and meeting KPIs.

The role involves working with Direct Clients, MSP/VMS, and System Integrators, handling W2/C2C and full-time hires, and building a robust talent pipeline to support future needs.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of hands-on experience in US Staffing and Recruitment.
• Experience with Direct Clients, MSP/VMS, and System Integrators.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US-based requirements.
• Analyze client requisitions and identify suitable candidates within defined timelines.
• Source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screening to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, communication skills, and work authorization status.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer management.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Work on contract (W2, C2C) and full-time hiring requirements.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future positions.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, ATS updates, and documentation.
• Meet and exceed recruitment KPIs such as submissions, interviews, offers, and placements.

Work Experience

• 5-6 years of hands-on experience in US Staffing and Recruitment.
• Proven track record of successful placements across various technologies and domains.
• Strong understanding of US recruitment processes and hiring practices.
• Knowledge of US visa classifications including H1B, OPT, CPT, TN Visa, EAD, Green Card, and US Citizens.
• Experience working with Direct Clients, MSP/VMS, and System Integrators.
• Hands-on experience with ATS tools such as JobDiva, Bullhorn, Ceipal, or similar platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, BCA and BSc.
• MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
