You will source, screen, and qualify candidates for US-based requirements, manage the full lifecycle from sourcing to interview coordination, and coordinate client interviews. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and major portals is preferred, along with knowledge of US

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in US Recruitment or US Staffing.
• Strong knowledge of US recruitment processes and hiring practices.
• Experience using major sourcing portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Understanding of US work authorization types (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Excellent sourcing, screening, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Excellent sourcing, screening, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment.
• Experience working with direct clients and Fortune 500 clients is preferred.
• Knowledge of Engineering / Automotive recruitment will be an added advantage.
