Job summary

HireAlpha in Jaipur is seeking a US IT/Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US staffing requirements, from sourcing to closure. You will source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and Ceipal, screen for client fit, coordinate interviews, and work with Account Managers to fulfill requirements.

Weekly review meetings are held on Saturdays in person. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of US recruiting experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a solid

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in US IT/Non-IT Recruitment
• Strong understanding of US staffing and recruitment processes
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed & Ceipal
• Knowledge of US visa statuses and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
