Job summary

Employvision Inc. is seeking a hands-on US IT / Technical Recruiter with strong experience in US staffing and technical recruitment.

The role focuses on end-to-end US IT hiring, active sourcing, and direct client engagement. You will handle candidates across Cloud, Data/AI, Cybersecurity, DevOps, Applications, and Infrastructure, working to fill roles efficiently while aligning with US working hours and rates.

Qualifications

• 4–12 years of US IT staffing / technical recruitment experience.
• Hands-on recruitment with W2, direct client and MSP/VMS engagements.
• Experience recruiting across Cloud, Data/AI, Cybersecurity, DevOps and Infrastruktur.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Boolean search, and passive sourcing.
• Good understanding of US staffing, rates, employment types and US working hours.
• Candidates from a stable US staffing background preferred.
• Awards or top-performer recognitions in previous roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end US IT recruitment campaigns with a hands-on approach.
• Source, screen and present qualified candidates to clients.
• Collaborate with clients on requirements, timelines and pay structures.
• Maintain candidate relationships and market intelligence for US staffing.

• 4–12 years of US IT staffing / technical recruitment experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with W2, Direct Client and/or MSP/VMS requirements.
• Experience recruiting across Cloud, Data/AI, Cybersecurity, DevOps, Applications, Infrastructure, etc.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Boolean search, and passive sourcing.
• Good understanding of US staffing, rates, employment types, and US working hours.
• Candidates from a stable US staffing background are preferred.
• Awards, rewards, performance recognition, or top-performer achievements in the previous organization are strongly preferred.
• This is a hands‑on recruitment role, not a purely managerial position.
