Select Source International in Gurgaon/Indore is seeking an Onboarding Executive (US Staffing) to coordinate onboarding, background checks, and training sessions. The role requires 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience and onsite availability for night shifts.

You will ensure compliance with U.S. labor laws and company policies, coordinating with multiple departments to deliver a smooth onboarding experience for candidates and clients.

Qualificações

• 6 months to 2 years of onboarding or relevant process experience.
• Willingness to work onsite in Gurgaon/Indore.
• Night shift availability.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate onboarding documents in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including Form I-9, tax forms, and verification requirements.
• Initiate and complete background checks and drug screenings.
• Schedule and coordinate orientation and training sessions for candidates prior to assignments.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies throughout onboarding.
• Collaborate with multiple internal departments to ensure a seamless hiring and onboarding experience.
• Monitor onboarding progress and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with candidates to complete onboarding documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including Form I-9, tax forms, and document verification requirements.
• Facilitate the initiation and completion of background checks, drug screenings.
• Schedule and coordinate orientation and training sessions for candidates prior to the commencement of assignments.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies throughout the onboarding process.
• Collaborate effectively with multiple internal departments to ensure a seamless hiring and onboarding experience.
• Monitor onboarding progress and maintain accurate records.
