Select Source International in Gurgaon is seeking a US Recruiter/US Sr. Recruiter for night shifts. The role requires 6 months to 5 years of relevant US recruitment experience, onsite in Gurgaon sec 39, with cab facilities.

Responsibilities include screening, sourcing via portals, and presenting qualified candidates to clients. Ideal candidates have excellent communication, can evaluate technical vs behavioral fit, and are familiar with visas, tax terms, time zones, and VMS/MSP.

Location: Gurgaon sec 39 (fully onsite)

Experience: 6months to 5 years (only relevant experience in US Recruitments will be considered)

Shift: Night shift (both side cabs provided)

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end to end recruitment, screening and identify the candidate as per client requirement.

• Explain the requirement of the company, explain the job profile.
• Developing and Implementing recruiting plans and strategies, striving to bring in the best people to fill company needs.

Ideal Candidate:

• Must have excellent Communication skills
• Ability to assess candidates technical ability; identify and match candidates behavioural traits
• Good working experience on Engineering/ IT / NonIT/ Business Professional etc.
• Good knowledge and working experience of Visas, Tax terms, Time zones, VMS/MSP.
• Self-starter, motivated and detailed/results oriented
• Creative and resourceful to provide solutions to both the sales force and clients
• Strong organizational skills
• Team player
