Job summary

Select Source International in Gurgaon/Indore is seeking an Onboarding Executive with 6 months to 2 years of onboarding experience for US staffing. This onsite role involves coordinating ATS documentation, I-9/tax forms, and background checks, while ensuring regulatory compliance and a smooth candidate onboarding process.

You will collaborate with multiple internal teams and schedule orientations, with night shift options and cab facilities.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years relevant onboarding experience.
• Familiar with I-9, tax forms, and document verification requirements.
• Knowledge of US labor laws and employment regulations advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with candidates to complete onboarding documentation in ATS and verify requirements.
• Facilitate initiation and completion of background checks and drug screenings.
• Schedule and coordinate orientation and training sessions prior to assignments.
• Ensure compliance with US labor laws, employment regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Monitor onboarding progress and maintain accurate records.

Select Source International hiring Onboarding Executive (US Staffing)

Experience: 6 months to 2 year (relevant experience will be considered)

Location: Gurgaon/Indore (onsite 5 days)

Shift: Night Shift (Cab Facility both side)

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with candidates to complete onboarding documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including Form I-9, tax forms, and document verification requirements.
• Facilitate the initiation and completion of background checks, drug screenings.
• Schedule and coordinate orientation and training sessions for candidates prior to the commencement of assignments.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies throughout the onboarding process.
• Collaborate effectively with multiple internal departments to ensure a seamless hiring and onboarding experience.
• Monitor onboarding progress and maintain accurate records.
