Select Source International is seeking US Recruiters to work onsite in Gurgaon Sec 39. The role covers end-to-end recruitment, screening, and aligning candidate profiles with client requirements.

You will source candidates through job portals, references, and postings, and explain job profiles to applicants. Ideal applicants possess excellent communication, ability to assess technical aptitude and behavioral traits, and have experience with IT/Non-IT/business roles.

Select Source International is hiring US Recruiters:

Location: Gurgaon sec 39 (fully onsite)

Shift: US

Exp: 5months to 2years

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end to end recruitment, screening and identify the candidate as per client requirement.
• Source the Candidate through Job Portals, Job posting site, References Generating.
• Explain the requirement of the company, explain the job profile.
• Developing and Implementing recruiting plans and strategies, striving to bring in the best people to fill company needs.

Ideal Candidate:

• Must have excellent Communication skills
• Ability to assess candidates technical ability; identify and match candidates behavioural traits
• Good working experience on Engineering/ IT / Non-IT/ Business Professional requirements etc.
• Good knowledge and working experience of Visas, Tax terms, Time zones, VMS/MSP.
• Self-starter, motivated and detailed/results oriented
• Creative and resourceful to provide solutions to both the sales force and clients
• Strong organizational skills
• Team player
• Candidates from International BPO US Process can also be considered.
