Sovereign IT Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced US Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end US staffing processes. You will source, screen, engage candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure successful onboarding for client requirements.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with major US portals and a track record of meeting placement targets while maintaining strong communication with clients and candidates.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of proven experience in US Non-IT Recruitment.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong knowledge of the US staffing lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with US portals such as Indeed, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn.
• Experience in sourcing, screening, rate negotiation, and interview coordination.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple client requirements simultaneously.
• Experience in a target-driven US staffing environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US Non-IT positions across multiple industries.
• Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen candidates based on client requirements, relevant experience, communication skills, and work authorization.
• Recruit for positions across Legal, Healthcare, Finance, Banking, Manufacturing, Logistics, Administration, Human Resources, Customer Service, and other Non-IT sectors.
• Negotiate pay rates and confirm candidate availability, location preferences, and employment eligibility.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and follow up with candidates until onboarding.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment activities in ATS.
• Work closely with Account Managers and Business Development Managers to fulfill client requirements.
