• Strong knowledge of US staffing processes and employment terminology.
• Familiarity with US work authorization categories and tax terms where relevant.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate engagement skills.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and requirement-matching abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet targets.
• Comfortable working in the US night-shift environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular recruitment updates.
