Job summary

Suntek Corporations Inc. is seeking a motivated Non-IT Recruiter with US staffing experience to manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and placing candidates with clients.

Ideal candidates will have experience across Construction, Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, Finance, and Electrical Engineering industries, with Healthcare and Legal recruitment as a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Non-IT recruitment, preferably in U.S. staffing.
• Understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle and U.S. hiring practices.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, resume databases, and other recruitment platforms.
• Strong candidate screening, interviewing, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to interpret job descriptions and identify qualified candidates for specialized roles.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, time-management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple job openings and recruitment priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in ATS platforms and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve recruitment targets.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement with clients.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
• Negotiate offers and close placements with customers.
• Maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure successful hires.

Job description
