Job summary

Zolon Tech Inc. Hyderabad is seeking a US Non-IT Recruiter with 1–3 years of relevant experience to support direct clients in the US market.

You will source and screen candidates for engineering, construction, and utility roles, including Civil Engineers, SCADA Engineers, Project Managers, Field Engineers and related executive/admin positions, working from Madhapur on a 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST shift, in-office.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of US Non-IT recruitment experience.
• Recruit for engineering, construction, and utility roles including Civil Engineers, SCADA Engineers, PMs, Field Engineers.
• Location Madhapur, Hyderabad; Shift 6pm–3am IST; office-based.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for US Non-IT roles.
• Coordinate with US clients and manage interview processes.
• Maintain applicant tracking and candidate communications.
