You will handle sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining strong client relationships in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of US Non-IT recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms.
• Good understanding of US time zones and recruitment practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Experience with ATS/CRM systems and MS Office.
• US staffing/client experience is needed.
