Job summary

Next Gen Software Solutions (Eryntis Pvt Ltd) in Madhapur / Hitech City, Hyderabad, is hiring an experienced US IT Recruiter for onsite night shifts to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for US clients.

You will source, screen, and place candidates on W2, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and build strong relationships with hiring teams. Fluent English and a proven placement record are required.

Location: Madhapur / Hitech City, Hyderabad

Work Mode: Onsite – 5 Days a Week

Timing: 6:00 PM IST – 3:00 AM IST (Night Shift) 9am to 5pm EST

About the Role

We are hiring experienced US IT Recruiters who have strong hands‑on experience in W2 hiring.

We are looking for recruiters who are confident, energetic, good at communication, and have a

proven record of successful placements.

What You Will Do

• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment.
• Source and screen candidates for IT positions.
• Work mainly on W2 requirements.
• Speak with candidates and understand their skills, experience, visa status, and job expectations.
• Submit suitable candidates to open requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Negotiate pay rates and offers.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates until placement and onboarding.
• Work closely with the recruiting teams.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 4+ years of hands‑on US IT recruitment experience.
• Strong experience with W2 hiring.
• Good understanding of US IT staffing and recruitment processes.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Fluent English communication is mandatory.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
• Proven placement record is required.
• Must be comfortable working onsite in the Madhapur / Hitech City area.
• Must be comfortable working the US night shift.
