Job summary

Acunor in Hyderabad is seeking a Senior US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The role focuses on recruiting IT professionals for the US staffing/consulting market, with hands-on sourcing, screening, engagement, and submission management.

You will source via LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, and other portals, develop Boolean searches, screen candidates, and coordinate with Account Managers to ensure timely submissions and placements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of US IT recruiting experience.
• Experience with US staffing/consulting recruitment.
• Proficient in sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and Dice.
• Strong knowledge of US work authorization requirements (H-1B, EAD, GC, US citizen, TN).
• Experience with C2C, W2, and contract/permanent positions.
• Excellent Boolean search and candidate research skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to candidate submission.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, and other portals.
• Review job descriptions to identify required technical skills and candidate profiles.
• Develop effective Boolean search strings and perform targeted candidate searches.
• Screen candidates for skills, experience, location, work authorization, and availability.
• Communicate with candidates regarding opportunities, rates, interview processes, and requirements.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and build a qualified talent pipeline.
• Coordinate with Account Managers/Recruiting Leads for submissions.
• Track submissions, interviews, offers, and placements using ATS/recruitment tools.
• Follow up with candidates throughout interview and onboarding processes.
• Meet daily/weekly sourcing, submission, and placement targets.
• Stay updated on US IT market trends, technologies, job titles, and candidate availability.

Required Skills

• Excellent Boolean search and candidate research skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.

Preferred

• Experience recruiting for direct clients and implementation partners.
• Experience working with MSP/VMS requirements.
• Strong understanding of US locations, time zones, and market rates.
• Proven track record of successful candidate submissions and placements.
• Previous experience in a fast‑paced staffing/recruitment environment.
