• Pre-screen candidates via phone and video calls.
• Coordinate interviews with managers.
• Manage multiple recruiting efforts across different stages.
• Leverage knowledge of the contracting/sourcing market, value propositions, and competitive intelligence to drive growth.
• Conduct behavioral interviews via phone or video.
• Improve recruiting metrics such as pipeline and offer acceptance rates.
