Job summary

Arbor TekSystems is seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team. You will handle end-to-end US IT recruitment from sourcing to candidate submission and coordinate interviews and feedback as part of a fast-paced environment.

You will source candidates through major platforms and screen based on skills, location, and work authorization, while working on W2, C2C and 1099 requirements.US shift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
• Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills.
• Good communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Candidates comfortable working in the US shift.

• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment from sourcing to candidate submission.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder and other platforms.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location and work authorization.
• Work on W2, C2C and 1099 requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate calls and maintain strong candidate relationships.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, submissions and follow-ups.
• Understand technical job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Work closely with internal teams and meet daily/weekly recruitment targets.
• 1-5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
• Good understanding of US IT hiring and work authorization.
• Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills.
• Good communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment.
• Candidates comfortable working in the US shift will be preferred.
