Job summary

Talent Imperii in Bengaluru is seeking a proactive Relationship Manager to strengthen our US staffing partnerships. You will act as the single point of contact for client delivery, manage requirements, and help optimize submission-to-interview-to-offer ratios.

You will collaborate across teams, handle escalations, and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts, while coordinating closely with internal stakeholders across time zones.

Qualifications

• Experience in client relationship management or client delivery.
• Strong understanding of US staffing models: C2C, W2, H1B/OPT/CPT.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working in US time zones.
