Delta 360 Services in Hyderabad, India is seeking an IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to handle end-to-end recruitment for clients. You will source, screen, and shortlist candidates, conduct HR interviews, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate pipelines.

The role requires a graduate, excellent English communication, and strong knowledge of recruitment processes. Night shifts are a requirement.

Formación

• Graduate in any stream.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate screening.
• Comfortable working in night shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct intake meetings with clients to understand hiring requirements and candidate qualification criteria.
• Source and engage candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, company databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and job applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and prepare shortlists of qualified candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients.
• Provide interview preparation and guidance to candidates.
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding hiring progress and candidate status.
• Keep accurate records of candidate profiles, resumes, interview feedback, and recruitment activities.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
