Job summary

Techlean It Services is seeking an IT Recruiter to source and screen active IT professionals for US staffing needs. You will negotiate rates, gather documents, and ensure smooth submission to clients through daily activity reporting and database maintenance.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of US IT recruitment experience, strong sourcing and screening skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
