Job summary

Compest Solutions Inc. in India is looking for an IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for clients in Canada, the US, and beyond.

You will source, screen, and interview candidates, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and drive the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-moving environment. The role requires excellent communication, strong sourcing capabilities, and the ability to handle multiple stakeholders professionally.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
• Establish strategies to source and attract candidates across databases, social media, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and job applications.
• Conduct interviews using reliable tools and methods.
• Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
• Serve as a contact point and nurture candidate relationships during selection.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter Canada and US or similar role.
• Strong experience in sourcing specialized pools of candidates.
• Strong ability to present and sell the organization to candidates.
• Strong analytical skills to understand business needs and identify suitable candidates.
• Action-oriented with a proactive approach to recruiting.
• Ability to manage demanding internal clients with professionalism and efficiency.
• Experience in hiring for both legacy technologies and cutting-edge programming languages, including AI.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Computer, or a related field.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting in the IT consulting or related industry.
