Job summary

K-zen Studio is seeking an entry-level US IT recruiter in Hyderabad to source, screen, and coordinate candidates for US-based roles. You will work with the team to understand client requirements, maintain accurate candidate records, and support interview scheduling and rate negotiations.

The role focuses on building a strong candidate pipeline, meeting daily targets, and growing expertise in US staffing processes and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Understanding of US staffing processes and timelines.
• Knowledge of US work authorization types (H1B/OPT/CPT/GC/USC).
• Experience with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder and LinkedIn.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and referrals.


• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.


• Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.


• Conduct initial screening and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, and location.


• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.


• Maintain candidate information and recruitment activity in ATS/CRM systems.


• Negotiate rates and manage candidate expectations.


• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.


• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.


• Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets.

Required Skills
