Job summary

Intellworkforcegroup is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter for US staffing in Ahmedabad (on-site). You will own end-to-end recruitment for US IT roles, source candidates on LinkedIn and major job portals, screen and coordinate interviews, and maintain client relationships with US-based employers.

The role requires 1–5 years in US IT recruitment, experience with W2/1099/C2C, knowledge of US visa types, and the ability to manage the full lifecycle. Night shift applies: 6:00 PM–3:30 AM IST.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of US IT recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn and major job portals (e.g., Dice, Monster, Indeed).
• Experience with US employment types: W2, 1099, C2C.
• Knowledge of US visa types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT/CPT) and full lifecycle recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for US IT roles.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates; manage client relationships.
