Job summary

Integrated Resources in Gurgaon or Baroda is seeking a US Recruiter with experience or fresher to manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement through onboarding. The role follows EST night shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST) with Monday to Friday workdays and fixed weekends.

You will source candidates from portals, databases, and referrals, evaluate fit, negotiate offers, and maintain candidate networks while meeting weekly goals and using internal systems.

Qualifications

• End to End recruitment lifecycle from requirement to onboarding.
• Sourcing candidates from portals, databases, references, and networks.
• Evaluate candidates on skills, domain, experience, and qualifications.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates.
• Negotiate compensation, extend offers, and coordinate placements.

Shift: EST (6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST) (Night Shift)

Working days: Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday fixed off)

Key Responsibilities:

• End to End Life Cycle of recruitment from requirement to on boarding of candidates.
• Sourcing the candidate from various sources like Portals, Database, references etc.
• Evaluation of the candidate for the requirements based on Skills, functionality, domain, experience, qualifications.
• Build & sustain the network of potential candidates.
• Negotiate compensation, extend offers, facilitate the placement of candidates, and solicit referrals of other qualified consultants.
• Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements.
• Meet or exceed weekly goal expectations.
• Would be responsible for effective usage of Internal Systems/Database for recording different stages in recruitment process.
