Job summary

Avance Consulting is seeking a recruitment specialist to handle end-to-end US IT hiring, sourcing candidates via Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and internal databases. You will screen for technical skills, experience, communication, and culture fit, while maintaining ATS/CRM records and meeting daily submission targets.

The role involves working across IT and non-IT technologies including Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data, and engineering domains, with a focus on building strong client and consultant

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
• Work on IT/Non IT technologies including Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data, Engineering, QA, SAP, Salesforce.
• Maintain and update candidate records in ATS/CRM.
• Build strong relationships with consultants and clients.
• Ensure daily submission targets and hiring metrics are achieved.
