Job summary

Techminds Group seeks an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment for US IT roles, handling multiple requirements with speed and precision, from sourcing to closure.

You will source via portals, LinkedIn, databases and referrals, screen for technical and cultural fit, coordinate interviews and offers, and maintain strong candidate relationships while delivering timely profiles to Account Managers and Delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
• Strong knowledge of the US IT recruitment lifecycle and hiring practices.
• Experience recruiting for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, AWS, DevOps, Data, QA, SAP, etc.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals and other channels.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills and experience.
• Screen candidates through effective technical and behavioral evaluation.
• Work on various US IT contract, contract-to-hire and direct-hire positions.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, negotiations and offer closures.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure timely submission of quality profiles against assigned requirements.
• Work closely with Account Managers / Delivery teams to understand priorities and hiring needs.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, pipeline status and daily/weekly hiring reports.
• Consistently achieve recruitment targets and turnaround timelines.
