Job summary

vsp Astra Solutions is seeking a dynamic recruiter for US IT staffing in Kondapur, Telangana. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding, coordinating with clients and candidates.

You will source via LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, job portals, ATS, referrals, and Boolean searches; screen for technical ability, work authorization, and availability; and handle submissions, interviews, offers, and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, job portals, ATS, referrals, and Boolean searches.
• Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, work authorization, availability, and rate expectations.
• Experience with W2, C2C, 1099 and USC, GC, H-1B, EAD, OPT/CPT profiles.
• Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, follow-ups, offers, and onboarding.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies and US staffing processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, sourcing, and candidate-management skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage multiple requirements.
