Job summary

Excelon Solutions is seeking a recruitment professional to manage the end-to-end lifecycle for IT roles. You will source candidates through major portals, coordinate interviews, and negotiate offers, while building a robust pipeline aligned with client requirements.

The role requires strong sourcing skills, ability to analyze job descriptions, and proficiency in Boolean search, with focus on IT domains like Java, .NET, Python, and cloud technologies. This position is based in UP, India.

• Use Boolean searches and advanced sourcing techniques to identify qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Analyse client requirements, job descriptions, required skills, experience, location, and work authorization.
