Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT staffing requirements (contract, contract-to-hire, full-time).
• Work closely with account managers/clients to understand job requirements and hiring expectations.
• Source candidates through multiple channels: job portals (Dice, Monster, Indeed, etc.), LinkedIn and social platforms, internal databases and referrals.
• Screen candidates for technical skills, communication skills, and work authorization (US Citizens, GC, H1B).
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate client interviews.
• Negotiate rates/salaries and manage offer processes.
• Ensure compliance with US staffing regulations and documentation.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and track activity in ATS/CRM systems.
