Job summary

United It Technical Services in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced recruitment specialist to manage the full lifecycle for US IT staffing, working onsite in Madhapur. The role requires 3+ years in US IT staffing, with strong knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099 and full-time hiring models, and proficiency with CEIPAL, Bullhorn or JobDiva.

The shift is 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST, and interviews are Face-to-Face. You will coordinate interviews, maintain client communication, and close positions while building

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for US IT requirements (W2, C2C & Full-Time).
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Job Boards, and ATS platforms
• Coordinate interviews and maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Work closely with Account Managers and Clients to understand hiring needs and priorities
• Negotiate compensation, ensure quality submissions, and successfully close positions
• Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment reports, and ATS records
