SPADTEK SOLUTIONS is seeking a US IT Recruiter in Madhapur, Hyderabad (WFO). The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating with candidates, and supporting the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT requirements during the US shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST).

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of US IT recruitment/ staffing experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or in a team to meet hiring targets.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment or US Staffing preferred.
• Good understanding of the US IT recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified IT candidates through portals, LinkedIn, databases and referrals.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Review and screen resumes to assess fit.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and understand skills, work authorization and compensation expectations.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate information and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the process.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future roles.
• Negotiate compensation and manage candidate expectations.
• Ensure timely submission of quality profiles to clients.
• Collaborate with recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
• Maintain professionalism in communications with candidates and teams.

About The Role

The ideal candidate should have experience in US IT recruitment or a strong interest in building a career in US staffing. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating with candidates, and supporting the complete recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Source qualified IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates based on skills, experience, location, and availability.
• Review and screen resumes to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and understand technical skills, experience, work authorization, availability, and compensation expectations.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Negotiate compensation/rates and manage candidate expectations where required.
• Ensure timely submission of quality profiles to clients.
• Work closely with the recruitment team and management to achieve hiring targets.
• Maintain professionalism and effective communication with candidates and internal teams.
