The role requires a bachelor's degree and 0–2 years of recruitment experience or freshers with strong interest in US staffing. Candidates should have basic MS Excel skills and be ready to work night shifts.

• Good understanding of IT roles (Java, .NET, QA, DevOps) is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in night shifts (US time zones)

• Quick learner with a proactive attitude

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, Indeed), LinkedIn, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on job requirements
• Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess communication, technical skills, and work eligibility
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Maintain and update candidate records in ATS
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT candidates
• Work on multiple requirements simultaneously with speed and accuracy
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
