Job summary

eJAmerica in Mysuru is seeking a Recruitment Specialist with 1-3 years of experience, including at least 6 months focused on US IT recruitment. You will source, screen and interview candidates and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US clients.

You will understand US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), coordinate interviews, offers, and closures, and maintain ATS records while meeting targets within timelines. Evening/night shifts apply.

Qualifications
