Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of recruitment experience, with exclusive US IT recruitment experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Good understanding of US IT recruitment and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements.
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.

Minimum Requirement: 6 months of exclusive US IT Recruitment experience

Job Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for US IT requirements.

• Understand US IT recruitment processes and US tax terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099.

Requirements
