Job summary

HonorVet Technologies India is seeking a passionate US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Mohali on-site. This night-shift role supports US-based clients and requires strong sourcing, screening and placement of IT professionals.

You will source candidates across major platforms, screen for technical fit and work authorization, coordinate interviews and maintain ATS records. 2–4 years of US IT recruitment experience and excellent English communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment/Staffing.
• Hands-on experience recruiting for technical/IT positions.
• Good understanding of the US staffing recruitment process.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Experience working with ATS/CRM systems.
• Comfortable working in the US Night Shift.

Responsibilities

• Source IT candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, Ceipal, JobDiva, and other platforms.
• Recruit for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire IT positions.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, work authorization, availability, and compensation.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate records and pipelines in the ATS.
• Work closely with Account Managers/clients to understand requirements and ensure timely submissions.
• Meet recruitment and submission targets while maintaining candidate quality.
