Job Title: US IT Recruiter

Profile Overview:

The US IT Recruiter manages full-lifecycle recruitment to source, screen, and place qualified IT professionals with clients across the United States. This role requires expertise in technical sourcing, understanding US employment tax terms and work authorizations, and candidate pipeline management in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Talent Pipeline:
• Source active and passive technical candidates using job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, CareerBuilder) and Boolean search.
• Build and maintain pipelines for roles such as Software Engineers, ML Engineers, Data Engineers, System Architects and AI Engineers etc.

• Screening & Evaluation:
• Conduct technical screening calls to evaluate candidates' skills, communication, and job fit.
• Verify employment eligibility, tax terms, and visa status.

• Interview & Process Management
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates, account managers and technical client panels.
• Prepare candidates prior to interviews and collect feedback post-interview.

• Offer Negotiation & Onboarding:
• Negotiate hourly rates or annual salaries, benefits, and employment terms (W2, 1099, C2C).
• Manage pre-onboarding documentation, background checks, and compliance checks.

Qualifications & Key Requirements:

Any Technical Graduate

4-8 years of full-lifecycle US IT recruitment experience.

Tax Terms & Visas

Practical understanding of W2, C2C, 1099 tax setups and visa types (US Citizen, GC, H-1B, EAD, OPT, CPT, L2).

Tools & Platforms

Hands-on experience with ATS systems (e.g., Ceipal, JobDiva, Bullhorn) and major US job boards.

Shift Timing

Ability to work during standard US business hours / night shifts.

Communication

Advanced verbal and written English communication skills.
