Job summary

Photon is seeking an experienced US-IT Recruiter to join our team in Chennai or Hyderabad. You will manage full recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT roles, coordinate with US clients and delivery teams, and source candidates through portals and networks.

You will screen for technical skills and work authorization, schedule interviews, negotiate offers, maintain ATS records, and ensure compliance with US labour laws. A strong pipeline and target-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT requirements (contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles).
• Work closely with US clients, account managers, and delivery teams to understand hiring needs and priorities.
• Source candidates using job portals, internal databases, referrals, and networking.
• Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, cultural fit, and work authorization.
• Coordinate and schedule client interviews, gather feedback, and manage offer processes.
• Negotiate rates, salaries, and benefits with candidates while aligning with client expectations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS.
• Ensure compliance with US labour laws, visa guidelines, and company policies.
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly recruitment targets and SLAs.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent for current and future needs
