Job summary

Vika Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The role focuses on US IT staffing, candidate sourcing, screening, and managing the process from outreach to onboarding.

The ideal candidate will build pipelines, coordinate interviews, and align with client priorities while mentoring junior recruiters in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruitment experience, preferably US IT staffing.
• Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing platforms.
• Understanding of technical IT roles and technologies.
• Strong candidate screening and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements in a target-driven environment.
• Experience with ATS/CRM systems is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and own assigned requirements.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates for US IT and technical requirements using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, and other sourcing platforms.
• Review resumes and assess candidates against job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Work closely with Account Managers/BDEs to understand client requirements and hiring priorities.
• Manage multiple open positions while meeting submission and closure targets.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and offer process.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment activity in the ATS.
• Stay updated on technology trends, talent availability, and market conditions.
• Mentor junior recruiters and support the team in achieving recruitment goals.
