Job summary

STAFFWORXS is seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT roles from Hyderabad, India. The ideal candidate will source technical candidates, screen effectively, and coordinate interviews with clients and vendors, while handling submissions and offer processes.

You will work with W2, C2C, and contract hiring models, build strong relationships with candidates, and maintain ATS/CRM records to meet daily targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of US IT recruiting experience.
• Strong knowledge of the US IT staffing market.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, and ATS/CRM systems.
• Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills.
• Excellent candidate screening and communication skills.
• Knowledge of US work authorization types and employment models.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit for technologies including Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data, QA, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure.

• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Present qualified candidates to clients/vendors and manage submissions.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, feedback, and offer processes.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Work with W2, C2C, and contract hiring models.
• Verify candidate work authorization and employment details.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in ATS/CRM.
• Meet daily/weekly sourcing, submission, and placement targets.
